What Youll Do
Prepare individual and small business tax returns
Build and grow your own client base
Network online and in your local community
Follow up with leads and referrals
Provide excellent customer service
Learn and grow within the tax industry
What Were Looking For
Self-motivated and coachable
Strong communication skills
Comfortable using social media and networking
Entrepreneur mindset
Ability to work independently
Prior tax experience is helpful but not required for the right person
