LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a manufacturing firm in Bloomington looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst. This role is open due to a promotion and will join an established finance team supporting financial operations for a multi-entity national firm. The ideal candidate has 3+ years' operations finance experience at a midsize manufacturer.
Duties:
- Develop operational KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting
- Analyze inventory, costing, and margins in a manufacturing environment
- Prepare and analyze monthly results, forecasts, and budgets
- Partner with operations and leadership on financial performance and decision support
- Build financial models and provide ad hoc analysis
- Support ERP reporting and process improvements
- Support month-end close in coordination with accounting
Requirements:
- 3+ years' progressive finance operations/FP&A experience, ideally at a midsize manufacturer
- Bachelors in finance or accounting
- Foundation in Big 4/top public accounting firm preferred
