Summary A professional services firm is seeking an experienced Tax Accountant to prepare complex federal and state individual income tax returns and quarterly tax projections for high-net-worth individuals. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage sensitive financial information, and frequent communication with internal stakeholders and external parties. Experience with investment-related tax treatment and entity-level tax returns is highly valued. Responsibilities Prepare complex federal and state individual income tax returns for high-net-worth clients Develop quarterly tax projections and related analyses Prepare partnership and S corporation income tax returns Communicate with internal stakeholders and third parties to obtain and review sensitive tax documentation Analyze financial data, including investment income and related tax implications Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all filings Qualifications 5+ years of experience preparing individual, partnership, and S corporation tax returns Experience with accounting and tax preparation software Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction Familiarity with financial instruments such as stocks and bonds and their tax treatment Education & Experience CPA license required (Master of Science in Taxation is a plus) Experience in public accounting or tax advisory environments preferred Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $125,000 - $150,000 Healthcare benefits included
