Pay Rate:  $25 – $30 per hour, based on experience.

What’s a typical day as Finance Coordinator? You’ll be:

•    Administering Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, including invoicing, researching vendor invoices, matching receipts, investigating discrepancies, and reconciling financial records.

•    Communicating with internal personnel to reconcile expense reports and ensure accurate financial documentation.

•    Processing credit card payments, posting checks, wires, ACH payments, and conducting daily reconciliations.

 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

•    Have a high school diploma (required); an Associate’s degree is preferred.

•    Bring at least two years of general ledger and bookkeeping experience to the table.

•    Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with an exceptional work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
