IMEG is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help advance our established growth strategy and drive continued momentum. Reporting to the CEO and a key partner to the executive team, this leader will guide financial performance, inform investment decisions, and position the organization for sustained long-term success.
We're looking for a CFO who brings both foresight and operational discipline. Someone who can translate financial insights into decisive action, strengthen organizational performance, and engage confidently with executive leadership and the Board. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide direction while leading a high-performing finance organization.
Location:This role is ideally based in our Rock Island, IL office, where executive presence and collaboration are highly valued. We will also consider candidates who can be based near another IMEG office, with the ability to maintain strong visibility and engagement across the organization.

The salary range for this role varies by location. The expected range for Illinois-based candidates is $200,000-$275,000 with adjustments for other geographic markets. Individual pay will be based on several factors including work location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
In addition, IMEG provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and responsible time off (RTO). This information is being provided in compliance with local laws.
