Help
Plans, formules, and executes Operions and Maintenance (OM), Procurement, while overseeing all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) ensuring resources are aligned with mission and operional requirements.
Provides authoritive advice and recommendions to the Commander, Deputy Commander, Division Chiefs, and Program Managers on personnel and financial policies and the impact of regulory and policy changes affecting command operions.
Develops and implements policy memoranda, standard opering procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and process improvements to strengthen compliance with DoD and Agency regulions across the organizion.
Oversees civilian payroll administrion, Government Purchase Card (GPC) operions, and Defense Travel System (DTS) programs.
Ensures transactions are accure, compliant with applicable laws and regulions, and properly documented in systems such as DAI, DCPS, and DTS.

Qualificions
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below.
Qualifying Experience:
To qualify the GG-13 , your resume must describe least one year of experience th demonstres the competencies necessary for immedie success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, th would be considered equivalent to work normally performed the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: experience with applying knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Systems (PPBES) to resolve budget execution issues and applying advanced budget analysis techniques to develop cost factors, rios, test, and other mhemical modules to evalue the stus of funds and to accomplish special projects .
Candides must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume. All qualificions must be met within 30 days after the closing de of this announcement.

Help
Plans, formules, and executes Operions and Maintenance (OM), Procurement, while overseeing all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) ensuring resources are aligned with mission and operional requirements.
Provides authoritive advice and recommendions to the Commander, Deputy Commander, Division Chiefs, and Program Managers on personnel and financial policies and the impact of regulory and policy changes affecting command operions.
Develops and implements policy memoranda, standard opering procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and process improvements to strengthen compliance with DoD and Agency regulions across the organizion.
Oversees civilian payroll administrion, Government Purchase Card (GPC) operions, and Defense Travel System (DTS) programs.
Ensures transactions are accure, compliant with applicable laws and regulions, and properly documented in systems such as DAI, DCPS, and DTS.

Qualificions
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below.
Qualifying Experience:
To qualify the GG-13 , your resume must describe least one year of experience th demonstres the competencies necessary for immedie success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, th would be considered equivalent to work normally performed the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: experience with applying knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Systems (PPBES) to resolve budget execution issues and applying advanced budget analysis techniques to develop cost factors, rios, test, and other mhemical modules to evalue the stus of funds and to accomplish special projects .
