Provides analytical and da management oversight for the Office of Acquisition Management, Defines, approves, communices, and implements stregies, initiives, policies, procedures, tools, and responsibilities for da stewardship, da

management, and da analytics. Ensures alignment between GSA/PBS Da Stregy, Informion Technology (IT) modernizion stregy, and overall organizional stregy. Develops, implements and maintains a variety of frameworks,

systems and tools for PBS to address issues of da integrity, duplicion and inefficiency.

Exercises a full range of supervisory and managerial responsibilities and ensures recruitment, development, and retention of highly skilled professional, technical, operional, and administrive workforce for the OAM organizion. Establishes professional and technical development policy and, through subordines, develops comprehensive training programs to assure availability of technical and managerial experts in the increasingly complex and revolutionary environment of acquisition.

Oversees operions of the electronic contract writing system to provide consistent, modern, integred procurement automion tools to the PBS acquisition community which meets the needs of users and management. Provides program management for

acquisition systems and procurement of Informion Technology (IT) systems for acquisitions.

Provides leadership in establishing and maintaining management processes, internal controls and a work environment conducive to effective operions of the organizion within PBS. Applies objective, analytical, and critical thinking to the

analysis of complex problems and supports this analysis with the applicion of a full suite of analytic tools and techniques.

Represents the Office of Acquisition Management senior level meetings and conferences with the PBS Commissioner, GSA Administror, Office of Federal Procurement Policy and the Office of Governmentwide Policy to resolve highly complex technical,

resource and da issues.

Qualificions

Utilizing electronic contract writing systems to track da used to support mission requirements in acquisition program management.

Performing analytical analysis to enhance organizional decision-making processes.

Designing, executing, and supporting project initiives and systems to mitige da duplicion, improve integrity, and increase operional efficiency.

Implementing opering procedures, management controls, business processes, and administrive coordinion.

Ability to analyze program operions and evalue complex technical, resource, and da issues sufficient to develop recommendions and provide direction for improving organizional processes and program performance.
