Junior Tax Accountant

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Tax Accountant in Madison, NJ.

Duties Include:

• Prepare and process requests related to tax filings, estimates, and extensions
• Support timely completion of compliance-related filings and submissions
• Maintain and update internal compliance calendars and tracking tools
• Assist with responding to tax notices and inquiries
• Support preparation of federal and state income tax returns
• Assist with calculations related to state and local tax allocations* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of tax or compliance processes preferred
• Experience with tax or financial software is a plus
