Kforce is partnering with a growing, high-performing client in Phoenix, AZ to add a Senior Financial Analyst focused on operational finance.

Overview:This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of finance and the business, supporting key operational leaders with actionable insights, financial modeling, and performance analysis that directly impact decision-making.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys getting out of the traditional FP&A silo and working closely with operations to drive efficiency, optimize costs, and influence strategy.

Key Tasks:

• Serve as a strategic business partner to operations, helping translate financial data into meaningful insights
• Own key aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, with a strong emphasis on operational performance (KPIs, productivity metrics, cost drivers)
• Build and refine financial models to support pricing, resource allocation, and margin optimization, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership across operations, finance, and executive teams, ensuring alignment between financial goals and day-to-day execution
• Plays a key part in ad hoc analysis, helping leadership evaluate new initiatives, investments, and business changes with a data-driven approach
