What Youll Do: As VP of Finance, you will oversee the organizations financial operations while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include: Lead financial reporting and present financial results to the Board of Directors Manage the month-end close process, annual budgeting, and forecasting Track donations, grants, and capital campaign expenditures Process bi-weekly payroll and oversee related reporting Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors and manage annual audits Oversee employee benefits administration Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, and cash flow Ensure compliance with non-profit accounting standards and reporting requirements Continuously improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy What Were Looking For: Successful candidates will bring both technical expertise and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
