Responsibilities: Lead the development of forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy, clarity of assumptions, and alignment with strategic priorities. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results. Partner with business leaders to support decision-making through insights and scenario analysis. Prepare and present executive-level financial reporting with clear narrative and business impact. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting automation, and data quality. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3-5 years experience in strategic finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
