Seeking CFO / Financial Consultant for Business Expansion

We are looking for an experienced CFO, fractional CFO, or financial consultant to help guide our company through a major expansion.

Our company is planning to invest in machinery, equipment, inventory, and possible facility growth. We need someone who can help with financial planning, cash flow projections, budgeting, financing options, bank presentations, grants, tax credits, and overall growth strategy.

The ideal person should have experience working with manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or industrial supply companies. Experience with banks, lenders, government incentives, inventory financing, and business expansion planning is a strong plus.

Responsibilities may include:

Preparing financial projections
Reviewing cash flow and working capital needs
Helping create a budget for expansion
Assisting with bank or lender presentations
Reviewing financing options
Helping evaluate grants, tax credits, and incentives
Advising on financial controls and reporting
Supporting long-term business strategy
