Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst on Gallaghers Global Da & Analytics team, youll play a key role in transforming da into meaningful insights th drive stregic decisions. This role focuses on financial and operional analysis, reporting, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve performance visibilityparticularly across reinsurance-reled metrics and broader business trends. How you'll make an impact

Wh Youll Do

• Analyze financial and operional da from the global da warehouse to evalue business performance, profitability, and risk/volility
• Build, refine, and valide key metrics, with a focus on reinsurance and performance insights
• Develop and enhance reports and dashboards; identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Conduct variance and root-cause analysis to explain performance and provide forward-looking insights
• Transle complex da into clear, actionable recommendions for leadership
• Perform market research and benchmarking using industry trends, economic da, and competitor insights
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand priorities and proactively identify analytical opportunities
• Collabore with IT (onshore and offshore) to autome reporting and improve da solutions
• Deliver accure, timely analyses and respond to ad hoc requests as needed
• Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on financial and performance insights

About You

Wh You Bring

Required:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Mhemics, Da Science, or a reled field
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience (insurance, brokerage, or financial services preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large dasets
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI (Sigma experience a plus)
• Familiarity with da plforms such as Snowflake
• Experience creing da visualizions and dashboards
• Strong tention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communicion skills, with the ability to present complex da to non-technical audiences

Preferred:

• Experience with Tableau or Qlik
• Experience with SQL, PowerPivot, or other big da tools

Compension and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compension package. The base salary range represents the anticiped low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compension will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, educion, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
