Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in public accounting, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements independently. The role involves preparing individual, business, and trust tax returns with direct client contact, overseeing a large client portfolio. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this position. Experience with UltraTax a plus. Responsibilities Manage a large portfolio of 200+ clients with diverse tax needs Prepare individual, business, and trust tax returns accurately and timely Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Maintain direct and clear communication with clients Utilize Thomson Reuters UltraTax software to streamline tax processing Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in public accounting Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred Expertise in tax compliance and planning Proven experience in public accounting environments Strong communication and client management skills
