Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Wallingford, CT. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and manage financial reporting processes. Responsibilities include monitoring company expenditures, support tax and internal control activities, managing cash flow, supporting payroll and benefits management, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for financial optimization. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to provide actionable financial insights to guide strategic decision-making. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting with 8+ years experience Excellent Analytical Skills and a deep understanding of financial data analysis Proficiency in Finance-related principles and practices Experience with budget management and cash flow optimization Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or relevant certification is a plus) Proficient in financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel (Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role is preferred Inspiration Call is coordinating the Job Search for this position.
