Our firm is seeking a professional, hard-working, and positive individual with at least 3+ years in public accounting to join our team. We are a growing public accounting CPA firm located in Roseville, CA. Our firm provides a variety of services to privately held small business owners such as accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services. We work with clients in many industries including real estate, retail, professional, restaurants, vineyards/agriculture, manufacturing, car dealerships, professional athletes, construction, etc. Responsibilities: Prepare intermediate and complex corporate, individual and partnership tax returns Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations Research Tax Issues using online tools Understand small business accounting and payroll Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3-5+ years of tax preparation experience Strong knowledge of general accounting. Ability to make adjusting journal entries to properly adjusting financial statements Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Tax Preparation Software Experience using QuickBooks, Lacerte, and ProSystem is a plus Experience interpreting a variety of technical instructions Good interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize Benefits Competitive Wages Health Insurance 401k Plan Paid Time Off and Holidays Work Life Balance - lower billable hour requirement compared to most firms
