Financial Service Associate (Banking)

Recruiting Solutions is hiring a Financial Service Associate for a financial institution in Hartsville, SC. The Financial Service Associate is responsible for processing member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account services while providing excellent customer service. Maintains cash handling accuracy, assists members in person and by phone, promotes credit union products and services, and follows all security and confidentiality policies. Assist members with account questions and service requests in person and by phone. Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate cash handling records. Service and replenish ATMs, cash recyclers, and coin machines. Follow credit union policies regarding check cashing, account holds, and security procedures. Educate members on credit union products and services and make referrals when appropriate. Meet transaction, service, and sales goals while providing exceptional member service. Requirements and Qualifications of the Financial Service Associate: High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of applicable experience Cash Handling Experience
