Procurement and Cost Analyst Rep

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Cost Representative to support Expense, Capital, and Procurement functions in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. This role will focus on purchase order management, invoice processing, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure accurate spending and budget alignment.

salary: $29 - $33 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Review, create, process, and track purchase orders (POs) for accuracy and budget compliance
• Verify and process vendor invoices while ensuring timely approvals and payments
• Reconcile discrepancies between POs, invoices, receipts, and vendor statements
• Monitor project and operational spending against budgets and report cost variances
• Maintain accurate cost records within SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
• Support month-end and year-end close activities through reconciliations and reporting
• Generate reports on cost trends, outstanding invoices, accruals, and PO status
• Partner with procurement, project managers, finance teams, and vendors to resolve cost-related issues
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
