Specialist, Tax Reporting & Compliance

Were seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Tax Reporting and Compliance to join our Wealth Management team. This role is loced in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

• Support Wealth Management Tax and frontoffice team members with tax-reled inquiries and daytoday tax processing needs
• Process tax payments and refund checks, and submit payments to various taxing authorities in a timely and controlled manner
• Accurely sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing income mail, ensuring proper handling, packaging, and addressing
• Collabore closely with internal teams to maintain alignment and accuracy across tax-reled processes
• Manage risk by ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within tax reporting and operions

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent combinion of educion and experience required; Bachelors degree in a business discipline preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in tax reporting or compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with keen tention to detail.
• Excellent communicion and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial da analysis.
