Our client, a leading organization in telecommunications and construction, is seeking a ESTIMATING AND FINANCE ANALYST to join their team. As a ESTIMATING AND FINANCE ANALYST, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting project teams and leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication, and strong analytical skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: ESTIMATING AND FINANCE ANALYST
Location: El Paso, TX
Pay Range:
Shift: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday; flexibility for deadlines.
What's the Job?
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for telecommunications and construction projects.
- Support bid and proposal pricing using historical data, cost models, and financial analysis.
- Develop and track project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
- Analyze variances between estimated and actual costs and report findings.
- Support pricing and financial evaluation of change orders.
What's Needed?
- 35+ years of experience in estimating, financial analysis, cost control, or project finance.
- Experience in telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of labor, material, subcontractor, and overhead cost structures.
- Experience supporting multiple projects or bids simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, estimating, analysis).
