Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Director of Commercial Finance to support our Medical Business Unit (~$1.5B in revenue) at our Hudson, WI site. This role is a key member of the Finance leadership team, reporting to the VP Finance, MPS, with a dotted line to the VP, Medical Business Unit.
This leader will serve as a strategic finance partner to commercial and business leadership, translating strategy into financial outcomes, driving disciplined execution, and building organizational capability. The role requires strong business judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence a matrixed environment.

What You Will Do
- Act as the lead finance partner to the Medical Business Unit, shaping strategy, growth priorities, and capital allocation decisions
- Partner with commercial and segment leaders to drive profitable growth through disciplined financial insight and challenge
- Provide financial perspective on portfolio strategy, market opportunities, and customer engagement models
- Lead pricing strategy, deal structuring, and customer negotiations to deliver strong economic outcomes
- Develop and challenge business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses for new programs and opportunities
- Translate strategy into actionable financial plans, forecasts, and measurable performance outcomes
- Oversee BU reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing clear, actionable insights to leadership
- Partner closely with Operations and Operations Finance to align financial plans with operational execution, cost optimization, and capacity decisions
- Lead and develop a highperforming global finance team, building commercial acumen, financial capability, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement aligned with PrincipleBased Management (PBM)
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, including commercial finance or business partnership roles
- Experience operating at a strategic level with ability to influence senior leaders
- Financial modeling, analytics, and decision-making support experience
- Experience working in a complex, cross-functional environment
What Will Put You Ahead
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience supporting a $1B+ business or large-scale global business unit
- Background in medical, manufacturing, or products industries
- Deep expertise in pricing, deal economics, and commercial strategy
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and talent development
- Lead Finance Transformation or similar large scale projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business action
