Financial Planning and Analyst

We are looking for a driven Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving business performance and strategic decision-making. This position offers strong visibility across finance, sales, and operations, with the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage monthly financial reporting, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Partner with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and operating plans aligned with business goals
• Analyze sales performance and profitability across customers, regions, and product lines to provide actionable insights
• Evaluate production and supply chain performance, including cost analysis, inventory trends, and vendor profitability
• Perform detailed variance analysis (actual vs. forecast) and clearly communicate key drivers and recommendations
• Build and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI
• Support inventory management efforts, including KPI tracking, reviews, and audits
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support both day-to-day and strategic decisions
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data while continuously improving processes and reporting structures

What We are Looking For:

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to translate data into meaningful insights for leadership
• Experience working across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, ERP systems a plus)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
