Job Title: Product Manager – Investment Management / Private Markets

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in Investment Management and Private Markets to lead product initiatives supporting investment operations, fund accounting, and data management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature delivery for investment management platforms.
• Partner with business, operations, accounting, technology, and data teams to gather requirements and define product solutions.
• Translate complex business processes into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Support investment operations workflows, fund accounting processes, transaction lifecycle management, and data integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities.
• Manage market, security, pricing, and reference data integration across multiple platforms and applications.
• Ensure strong data governance, data quality, and operational controls.
• Track product performance, stakeholder feedback, and process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role within Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of Investment Management, Investment Operations, and Private Markets.
• Experience with Private Equity, Private Credit, fund accounting, and transaction processing.
• Hands-on experience with data management, reference data, and system integrations.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments alongside technology and data engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with investment, portfolio management, accounting, or data management platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and control processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise platform modernization or large-scale system integration initiatives.
• Background in asset management, investment operations, financial services, or fintech environments.
