• Process daily cash receipts and post to customer accounts.
• Identify and resolve unapplied amounts, ensuring accurate postings.
• Maintain records for auditing, including remittances and bank statements.
• Record client payments from lockbox, EFTs, wire transfers, and credit cards.
• Support Finance Operations and A/R Manager with cash receipts and collections.
• Collaborate with financial analysts and finance management.
• Import and balance daily bank batch deposits.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (X-Lookups, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables).
• Ability to work effectively in both team and individual environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp and retain information.
• Experience in customer service or insurance-related roles/processes.

• Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of vision and/or insurance benefits.
• Understanding of third-party benefits and administration.
• Commitment to integrity and strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods.
• Experience with SAP.
