Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with Regulatory and Data Services

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) within the regulatory and data services (data engineering) in the wealth management domain.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Good wealth management knowledge, familiar with WM data and Trading life cycle.
• Experience in data analysis and writing SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, cloud-native architecture, and integration patterns.
• Solid knowledge of investment products and services: equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives, etc.
• Proven experience working on digital transformation or core system modernization initiatives.

• Quick learner and good at multitasking and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Prior RBC/RBC Wealth experience will be ideal.
• Agile/Scrum certification (CSPO, SAFe) or business analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred, but not mandatory.
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, Client, MiFID II) and data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).

• Lead business and systems analysis activities for wealth management clients, portfolios, accounts, and transactions.
• Analyze data and prepare end-to-end mapping documentation for data warehouse products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to gather and translate requirements for transitioning legacy wealth management systems to modern platforms.
• Work closely with product owners and scrum teams to define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
• Participate in application rationalization and data migration planning for legacy-to-cloud transformations.
