MANAGER, FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS (FP&A)

What You Will Be Responsible For

Designing and owning the company’s financial planning operating system, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting cadence, and accountability mechanisms.

Building financial models that translate strategy into clear financial outcomes and tradeoffs.

Delivering consistent, decision-ready insights through variance analysis and performance reporting.

Partnering tightly with leaders across the business to drive accountability, improve performance, and support execution.

Driving alignment between financial plans and operational execution across functions.

Establishing and reinforcing financial discipline in how the business plans, measures, and manages performance.

Building capability within FP&A through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.

Driving continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting to support scale and execution discipline.

Supporting cross-functional initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, and adoption.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

7–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles, including experience in a high-growth or operationally complex environment.

Demonstrated experience building and operating budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes at scale.

Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable financial plans and scenarios.

Proven ability to deliver clear, decision-oriented financial insights to senior leadership.

Experience partnering cross-functionally with business leaders to drive performance and accountability.

Track record of improving financial visibility, reporting cadence, and planning discipline.

Experience managing or leading others, with a focus on coaching and performance accountability.
