What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Architecture, Strategic Business Analyst within the Capital Markets Business Architecture team, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing priority strategic initiatives across Corporate & Investment Banking. You'll leverage your deep analytical expertise and process insight to support large-scale transformation, growth, and optimization programs. This hands-on role involves translating corporate strategy into actionable business plans, mapping and redesigning processes, and synthesizing complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. You'll collaborate with leaders across Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Risk, Finance, Technology, and Operations to drive alignment and enable successful execution of strategic initiatives. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results will be key to your success.

How You'll Succeed

• Strategic & Commercial Acumen Apply your understanding of Corporate Banking and Investment Banking products, client segments, and value chains to support business growth and transformation.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Engage credibly with senior leaders across multiple functions, working effectively as a self-starter within cross-functional teams. You'll drive alignment, influence outcomes in complex, matrixed environments, and prioritize tasks while maintaining strong engagement with stakeholders.

• Business Analysis & Process Design Conduct deep-dive analysis of business processes, map current and target states, identify inefficiencies and risks, and develop evidence-based recommendations.

• Execution & Change Enablement Support the delivery of strategic initiatives from concept through execution, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure successful outcomes.

• Communication & Executive Readiness Prepare executive-level materials and presentations, translating complex findings into concise, decision-oriented messaging for senior stakeholders.

Who You Are

• You have 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in financial services. You bring proven experience supporting large-scale transformation, growth, or optimization programs within Corporate and Investment Banking.

• You give meaning to data. You excel at structured problem-solving, process mapping, and synthesizing detailed analysis into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.

• Youre passionate about people. You can credibly engage and influence senior leaders across diverse functions, navigating complex priorities and driving alignment.

• You communicate with impact. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights and recommendations to executive audiences.

• You thrive in dynamic environments. You're comfortable operating independently, prioritizing tasks, and working under pressure while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
