How you'll make an impact

Primarily focused on providing operational analysis and support to managers and associates in branch offices within an assigned region and Segment. Responsible for supporting client relationships and executing on operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and investigating performance and functional system issues/opportunities and support operational improvement projects
  • Providing cross-functional and cross-business unit analysis
  • Testing new versions/updates of applications
  • Research and analyze Prospect and Client Opportunities (pipeline)
  • Populating reports and reporting metrics that will assist with Broker Accountability Assessments; Communicating Segment specific content, products and marketing materials
  • Coordinating legal document development and execution with broker teams, Legal, Client Services, Compliance and Executive Team
  • Represents Branch offices served and advocate on their behalf as a sitting member of various management and operation groups
  • Acts as a point of contact for information flow between local offices
  • Central Operations Team, HR, Finance, Compliance, WRA, IT and Gallagher Group functions

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 0 - 1 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience commercial insurance experience.
  • Competent using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel to branch Offices.

Desired:

  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required)Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong foundational understanding of financial concepts
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis
  • Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, or accruals
  • Exposure to BI tools (OneStream, TM1, or similar)
  • Experience working in cross-functional or business-facing finance roles
  • Interest in stakeholder engagement and financial storytelling.
