Collections Specialist (B2B)
We are seeking a B2B Collections Specialist to manage commercial accounts receivable and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances while maintaining strong client relationships.

We are seeking a B2B Collections Specialist to manage commercial accounts receivable and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and follow up on past?due invoices
- Contact customers via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes
- Negotiate payment arrangements and document collection activity
- Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate AR records
- Monitor aging reports and escalate delinquent accounts as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve payment timelines
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B collections or commercial AR experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems and Excel preferred
