Senior Financial Analyst

Kforce's client, a family-owned company located in the Green Bay, WI area, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This client offers great salary and benefits, and a flexible work environment - 4 days in office, 1 day remote.

Duties:

• Prepare long-range plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts
• Conduct weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting
• Develop and analyze financial reports comparing actual results to budget and prior year
• Serve as a strategic financial partner supporting business planning and performance
• Maintain reporting dashboards to track results
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders outside of Finance
• Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or MBA preferred, but not required
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, or analysis
• Strong FP&A experience, including variance analysis and management reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong business acumen, judgment, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics a plus; Oracle exposure helpful)
• Must live in Green Bay
