PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Navy Financial Management SME to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Specific tasks include the following support for the NAVSEA Comptroller:
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing virtual NWCF FIAR and financial management and systems support to the NAVSEA Comptroller (SEA 01E) and NAVSEA Warfare Centers. This position directly supports the Director, Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF).
- FERMC Metrics: Implement continuous monitoring, remediation, and sustainment of FERMC metrics. Provide hands-on issue resolution across Navy ERP financial operations (including AP, GR/IR, AR, Advances, Obligations, Sales Orders, and Reimbursable Work Orders).
- Cash Management Coordination: Track and optimize key Comptroller performance metrics, focusing primarily on cash management, requiring active coordination across all 10 divisions.
- Systems Integration & Automation: Support budget formulation and automation tools. Support ERP+ initiatives supporting warfare centers
Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A FINAL Secret adjudicated clearance is required to start.
- At least seven (7) years of professional experience with Navy ERP with deep technical expertise in Navy ERP specifically FI, FM, and CO modules.
- Comprehensive understanding of the NWCF Research and Development business model.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial data to both executive leadership and action officers.
- Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree
- A High School Diploma, and three (3) years of relevant experience with Navy ERP specific module experience can be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree.
