We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and data governance across the organization. This role will work closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure financial data integrity, accurate transaction mapping, and consistency across ERP systems and reporting hierarchies.The ideal candidate combines strong financial and systems knowledge with a forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven technologies to improve financial operations and decision-making. This individual should have strong financial analysis skills combined with a deep understanding of ERP systems, accounting structures, master data management, and how transactions flow through financial systems.Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial modelsAnalyze financial performance, variances, trends, and operational driversEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP and reporting systemsReview and validate accounting transaction mappings to ensure transactions are recorded correctly within the general ledger and reporting structuresPartner with the Accounting and IT teams to troubleshoot system, reporting, and data issuesMaintain and support financial hierarchies, including departments, locations, accounts, cost centers, entities, and reporting structuresAssist with ERP implementations, enhancements, testing, and process improvementsSupport master data management processes, including the chart of accounts, vendor/customer structures, dimensions, and financial attributesDevelop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking toolsPerform reconciliations and data validation between ERP systems, reporting tools, and source systemsIdentify opportunities to improve reporting automation, financial processes, and data governanceSupport month-end and year-end financial close processes as neededDocument financial system workflows, mapping logic, and reporting standards

Technology & Process Improvement

Utilize AI and automation tools to improve budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis processesIdentify opportunities to streamline manual financial workflows through AI-driven solutions and system enhancementsAssist in developing and testing AI-supported reporting, anomaly detection, and data validation processesLeverage AI tools to improve data accuracy, transaction classification, and financial insightsPartner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to evaluate emerging technologies and process automation opportunitiesSupport the development of smarter reporting structures, forecasting models, and operational dashboards using AI and advanced analytics toolsHelp document and standardize AI-assisted financial processes and best practices across the organizationStay current on emerging AI technologies and industry trends related to financial systems, ERP platforms, and data management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting systems, or financial operationsStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processesExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or similar platformsKnowledge of accounting principles and general ledger structuresExperience with transaction mapping, financial hierarchies, and master data managementAdvanced Excel skills; experience with reporting and BI tools preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage large datasets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial systems integrations and ERP implementationsFamiliarity with data governance and system controlsExperience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics toolsCPA, CMA, or FP&A certification is a plus
