The Senior Manager, Finance will primarily provide end-to-end finance support for the TAAP Subsegment, partnering with CE sales leadership to drive sales performance, revenue growth, and strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities- Own GTM channel planning and support, including structure, compensation, and quotas.
- Actively develop and execute strategic business plans aimed at growing the business, including overall renewal strategy.
- Perform analytics and deliver accurate, timely sales and revenue financial results.
- Operationalize plans/forecasts in partnership with sales and finance leaders.
- Develop domain expertise and understand key drivers impacting sales and revenue.
- Engage effectively with business partners to influence sound strategic decisions.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to senior business and finance leaders.
- Mentor and develop a team, set direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance.
- Lead SafeSend Accounting and Customer-to-Cash operations: billing/collections support, A/R oversight, month-end close deliverables, reconciliations, reporting, and approvals for bills, payments, JEs, bank reconciliations.
- Own Pvu revenue recognition governance and NetSuite admin controls, validating Salesforce-to-accounting outcomes, partnering on remediation/automation fixes, post-manual adjustments, and correct invoices/credits.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as necessary.
- College degree required; graduate degree or certification in business or finance (eg, MBA, CPA) strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience.
- Experience supporting high-performing sales and retention organizations.
- Advanced analytical and information gathering skills; ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive detailed data.
Base compensation range is $115,300-$214,100 USD for eligible US locations (NYC, SF, LA, Irvine, VA, DC). For other eligible US locations, base range is $100,100-$185,900 USD. Compensation is positioned within the range based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Additional annual bonus possible.
