Our client, a leading organization in the technology manufacturing sector, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Finance department supporting cross-functional teams including Operations, Procurement, and Business Leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Boise, ID (On-site)

Pay Range: $50

Whats the Job?

+ Develop, maintain, and analyze annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

+ Monitor financial performance and provide meaningful analysis of trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.

+ Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

+ Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and business insights for leadership teams.

+ Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Whats Needed?

+ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ 4-7 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles.

+ Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
