The Role
Join the Mass Markets Program Management team! This is a great opportunity in driving modernization and simplification transformation work within Lumen. As a Lumen Lead Business Analyst, you will lead business case work, support projects, team members, stakeholders, customers, and sponsors to develop forecasts and monitor programs against goals, scope, project plan, issues, risks, and milestones; establishes measures to determine success of projects (e.g., costs, scope, time, intended results).

The Main Responsibilities
A highly motivated professional that will be responsible for financial analysis, business case modeling, and key performance metrics to cross-functional teams, supporting copper management goals. The role requires strong analytical skills and business acumen to drive understanding of business performance, decision making and identify potential opportunities. Additional responsibilities include the ability to clearly communicate financial objectives and outcomes to leadership.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
+ Be able to develop business cases and track actuals against forecasts
+ Synthesize and analyze data from various sources (financials, project status, etc.) to provide meaningful information to management regarding key deliverables with respect to budget.
+ Partners with stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure reporting needs are met appropriately.
+ Provides ad hoc analysis to support non-routine communication / budgetary requirements.
+ Interacts with others on matters of importance to the department or work area.
