Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.   • Performs labor analysis using historical data to forecast the labor trends and determine market elasticity.
  • Works closely with all levels of management to generate and analyze the Labor Schedules
  • Ensures systems and methods are in place to gather data in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner.
  • Analyzes data to identify trends for use in forecasts
  • Develops and maintains communication vehicles to distribute key operating metrics and analytical findings.
  • Assists in the development of presentations for meetings and reviews.
  • Monitors labor costs and report to financial team and operations departments.
  • Prepares ad-hoc reporting.
  • Prepares and distributes daily schedules and work assignments for the departments using company scheduling software applications
  • Communicates to management teams in a timely manner when known scheduling conflicts arise
  • Prepares and types correspondence, reports, forms, charts and graphs
  • Assists with departmental files and records
  • Maintains strict confidentially of all files, communications and information in the conduct of company business
  • Performs all other related & compatible duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of scheduling experience; Casino scheduling experience preferred.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with scheduling programs preferred (Virtual Roster)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the department for effective day-to-day operations
