Principal Financial Analyst - Data Center Space - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Financial support to the Data Center Infrastructure business areas through financial analysis, budgeting, planning & forecasting of our space/lease costs to facilitate decision making and future business strategies. Finance project lead for lease accounting tool and further forecast automation enhancements. Design and implementation of lease cost and volume data reporting to internal stakeholders. Ad-hoc projects around variance analysis, improvement of forecast processes and other operational efficiencies.

**Responsibilities**

As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control.

+ Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget.

+ Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a monthly or quarterly basis.

+ Prepare recommendations based on analysis.

+ Lead effort to convert existing data in forecasting tool to new lease-model driven projections

+ Design and implement internal reporting tools to enable self-serve information gathering by OCI stakeholders

+ Learn about Data Center Co-Location leases, contracts, cash flow and expense treatment

+ Apply that knowledge to financial modeling and participation in projects within finance and/or with the business.

+ You may participate in cross functional programs and projects. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment which requires successful candidates to be able to work independently or collaboratively depending on the project.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracles differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
