**The Role**

This role is crucial in supporting the leadership team for all corporate groups (Finance and Legal), providing strategic and analytical insight that drive the companys performance and growth. The multifaceted responsibilities and high impact of this position require a combination of strategic oversight, technical expertise, and collaborative engagement. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, excellent relationship-building capabilities, self-motivation, and clear communication skills.

**Location**

This is a work from home position within the U.S.

**The Main Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate closely with business unit leadership to manage the operating expense plan and support ad hoc activities, such as providing scenarios and actionable insights with recommendations.

+ Monthly close process and readouts to management provide business guidance and understand outlook (risks/opportunities).

+ Annual budgeting that aligns with corporate targets and understanding underlying details and assumptions for both headcount and non-headcount.

+ 5 year planning for each corporate executive leader.

+ Participate in the S4 transition and reporting structure into SAC.

+ Work with cross-functional teams to drive ongoing process improvements, increasing automation and efficiency.

+ Manage, develop, and mentor a team of finance professionals.

+ Must have presentations with an executive lens.

**What We Look For in a Candidate**

Required

+ Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

+ Strong grasp of GAAP with 5+ years of experience.

+ Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred

+ Experience with SAP and SAC.

**Compensation**

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
