WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):

Seeking a highly motivated and strategic Finance Manager to join our Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role will lead the enterprise monthly reporting and forecasting processes while managing a small team of financial analysts. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial reporting and forecasting in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with internal standard operating procedures.

Candidate must work Eastern Standard Time hours.

WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):

1. Lead and manage the monthly reporting and financial close process, including the review of actuals, preparation of variance analysis, and executive-level commentary

2. Oversee the consolidation of enterprise-wide forecasts, coordinating inputs from multiple business units

3. Manage the enterprise forecast/budget calendar and timeline, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic priorities

4. Prepare monthly reporting packages and financial insights to senior executives

5. Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, including reporting automation, forecast accuracy, and planning tools

6. Supervise and develop a team of financial analysts, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities

7. Assign and review analyst work to ensure quality, accuracy, and strategic relevance

8. Support enterprise-level planning initiatives such as monthly outlooks, long-range planning, and ad hoc analysis

9. Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data across systems and reporting platforms

Scope

Interpret and administer policies, process, and procedures that may affect sections and subordinate units.

The salary range for this position is : $105,000.00 - $136,864.00

This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.
