What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.

Job Summary

The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis is the financial business partner for the operations team. This job is responsible for financial analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and associated ad-hoc requests. The job also provides ad hoc support for the business as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Business owner of the Pharma Profitability tool (PAPM). Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly results
• Continue to lead PAPM adoption and support with finance, revenue management and sales teams
• Identify process improvements to improve accuracy of customer profitability
• Work cross-functionally with different project teams to on-board new business unit activity to PAPM
• Coordinate with commercial technology team to identify and test enhancements and defects
• Partner with other finance teams to identify process improvement opportunities to drive better visibility to monthly financial results through tools like Alteryx and Tableau

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Finance or FP&A experience, preferred
• Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Tableau and / or Alteryx experience

Anticipated salary range: $103,500-$155,295
