Financial Reporting Manager

A growing organization is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join its finance team in a newly created role. This position offers strong visibility across the organization and the opportunity to help shape and enhance the company's financial reporting function. This individual will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting audit activities, and driving process improvements across the reporting cycle. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP Support the close process, including reporting deliverables, reconciliations, and analysis Partner with external auditors and serve as a primary contact during audit and review cycles Assist in strengthening and maintaining internal controls over financial reporting Develop and deliver internal management reporting packages, including variance analysis and actionable insights Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, and operational teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred 2-5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or public accounting Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation Experience working with external auditors and supporting audit processes High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
