Job Description:

We are now hiring for the role of Director of Finance. You’ll guide everything from budgeting, forecasting, and profit reporting to audits, tax compliance, and payroll at Hotel Cleveland. As a key Executive Committee member, your energy and results-driven focus will help shape our future.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years in financial leadership, or comparable progressive hotel finance experience.
• Extensive background in budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, account reconciliation, and strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS/PMS systems, and proven leadership and communication abilities for team development and presentations.
• FSPMS Experience Required
• Micros Experience Preferred

Pay: From $115,000 - $125,000 per year
