The Role
The Senior Manager, FP&A is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving financial planning, performance management, and decision support across Commercial Excellence, Special Projects, and the SEE organization. This role partners closely with senior business and finance leaders to deliver insights, manage risk and opportunities, and enable disciplined execution of enterprise initiatives.
This role is critical to enabling disciplined financial management and insight-driven decision-making across Commercial Excellence and enterprise initiatives. The Senior Manager, FP&A ensures financial rigor while supporting growth, transformation, and strategic execution.

Fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.
The Main Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior commercial and functional leaders.
- Support Special Projects and SEE initiatives through financial modeling, business cases, and scenario analysis.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready insights to inform decision-making.
- Ensure alignment with corporate FP&A processes, timelines, and governance standards.
- Own and enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for FP&A methodologies and best practices within AGT .
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Commercial Excellence, and enterprise partners.
- Mentor and develop analysts, fostering strong analytical rigor and executive communication.
- Contribute to team engagement, capability building, and talent development within the Poland FP&A organization.
