Consolided Precision Products (CPP) is seeking a Controller to serve as the senior financial leader one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. In this high-impact role, youll partner directly with the Site VP/GM and leadership team to guide stregy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operional insight across the business.

Salary Range: $140,000 $190,000 (DOE)

As Controller , youll lead the sites financial organizion while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support smart decision-making.

• Lead Accounting, Finance, A/R, A/P, IT, and Procurement functions the site
• Serve as a stregic partner to the Site VP/GM and operions leaders
• Align financial planning with operional stregy and performance goals
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team while strengthening digital financial capabilities
• Help integre people, processes, systems, and analytics to support site initiives

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Deliver accure and timely financial stements in accordance with US GAAP
• Lead variance analysis and communice insights th drive action
• Prepare and present the monthly Business Unit Review (BUR)
• Build dashboards and KPI reporting th support operional decision-making

• Lead coordinion of the annual external audit
• Maintain a strong internal control environment
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and standards
• Promote financial discipline and transparency across the organizion

• Analyze operional performance to identify profitability improvements
• Oversee inventory valuion, physical inventory processes, and standard costing
• Challenge cost assumptions to improve product-level margin visibility
• Leverage ERP enhancements, BI tools, and reporting automion to deliver actionable insights

• Lead development of the annual opering plan and rolling forecasts
• Partner with operions and sales to ensure accure, da-driven assumptions
• Manage the annual CapEx planning process
• Forecast site-level cash performance on a weekly cadence
• Align financial planning with long-term business stregy and execution accountability

Were looking for a finance leader who combines technical accounting strength with operional curiosity and stregic influence.

Preferred qualificions:

• Bachelors degree in accounting , Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• 3+ years in a Controller or senior finance leadership role
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, FASB, and external audit processes
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and BI/reporting plforms
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
• Proven ability to transle complex financial da into actionable insights
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Confidence partnering with non-financial leaders across operions
