The ideal candidate will have previous medical collections and billing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office environment. This position is responsible for communicating with patients and insurance carriers regarding outstanding balances, processing payments, managing payment plans, and supporting daily accounts receivable and collections operations. This is a full-time, day shift position with no weekends and paid holidays off .
