Financial Analyst (Onsite)

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Financial Analyst for our premier client in Louisville, Kentucky.

Education and Experience

Degree - Finance or Accounting Degree preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

Corporate support:

Provides leadership in the development of operational and financial models used to forecast corporate financial results over the long term

Develop forecasts and analysis to support management decision making

Responsible for financial modeling and analysis support of Business Development

Responsible for maintaining / updating cost of capital

Provides leadership to the business operating segments through operating cycles, including:

Monthly analysis of actual results.

Development of monthly forecast updates.

Development of annual operating plan.

Preparation of ad-hoc reporting and other special reporting as needed by the management team and executive management

Delivering succinct presentations and supporting material to Finance and Operations senior leadership as well as external stakeholders

Work closely with leadership to help identify, drive and monitor margin expansion opportunities (cost reduction, revenue expansion)

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities

Support the month-end close process to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time

This role will also include invoice reconciliation. finance collections, lots of finance clean-up.
