Controller - Real Estate - Hyrbid

Kforce's client, a leading New York City-based real estate firm, is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to join a stable, well-established organization and take ownership of a broad and impactful scope of responsibilities.

About the Role:As Controller, you will oversee a team of five and manage all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and cash management. You will play a key role in driving financial excellence while partnering with leadership and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 5 accounting professionals
• Implement and improve accounting processes and controls
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial data

Oversee all accounting functions, including:

• Financial reporting
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Cash management

Partner with an external accounting firm on:

• Annual audit
• Tax-related matters
