Director of Financial Reporting We're working with a growing financial services company looking to hire a Director of Financial Reporting to lead a small team and oversee accounting and financial reporting activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, working closely with leadership, and being involved in both day-to-day reporting and bigger business initiatives. Responsibilities Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements Analyze financial results and explain key variances Partner with leadership, auditors, and internal teams Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team Help improve reporting processes and internal controls Support finance projects and new business initiatives Requirements CPA or similar accounting qualification preferred 10+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience Leadership or team management experience Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes Ability to work in a fast-moving environment Strong communication and organizational skills Advanced Excel and ERP system experience preferred Apply directly or reach out for a confidential discussion.
