Financial Analyst - FULLY REMOTE Job Description Join our dynamic Finance Team as a Financial Analyst, where you will support the design, analysis, and delivery of innovative software and platform solutions that enhance digital engagement and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, contribute to Agile development processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in solution design, system analysis, testing, documentation, and production support, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities Collaborate with Agile teams to define lean requirements and user stories. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Support solution design and data modeling with a focus on scalability, automation, and long-term supportability. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to build consensus on technical solutions. Partner with developers and QA teams to define and execute test cases. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and demonstrate an understanding of various testing methodologies. Assist with release planning, deployments, and post-launch support. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of systems and reporting processes. Document workflows, data mappings, and system interactions. Participate in design reviews and other quality assurance activities. Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning. Essential Skills Strong analytical and technical skills. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis. Experience with Power BI and Databricks. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations. Experience working with finance teams on journal entries, premiums, claims, and billing. Ability to handle large datasets and reporting. Preferred Industry experience in healthcare is a plus. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably 3-5+ Formal education is a nice-to-have although not required Strong communication skills and the ability to work with managers and directors. Willingness to ask questions and seek help when needed. Self-starter with the ability to take direction and share ideas. Comfortable working in a collaborative and innovative team environment.
