Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $170,000 to $210,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the annual budgeting and planning cycle across multiple business units and deliver consolidated financial projections.

Partner with functional leaders to develop expense budgets including staffing operating costs and key business investments.

Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic and operational decision making.

Develop dashboards and recurring reports that provide visibility into performance trends and key business metrics.

Drive process improvements by enhancing reporting capabilities and applying advanced analytical tools.

Requirements:

A Bachelor degree in finance accounting or a related discipline.

8+ years of experience in financial planning analysis or strategic finance roles.

Demonstrate advanced skills in financial modeling quantitative analysis and data interpretation.

Use reporting tools and financial systems confidently to build dashboards and support analysis.

Communicate clearly and present financial insights effectively to executive level audiences.

Qualifications:

Analyze bookings backlog and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives.

Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting outputs.

Apply technical proficiency across financial systems enterprise tools and data platforms.

Demonstrate professionalism adaptability and commitment to ethical standards and organizational policies.
